Markey Read has 25 years of experience in coaching and training groups and individuals in developing and implementing sustainable Leadership Development and Professional Development programs. She develops and delivers workshops & trainings in the area of leadership, team, and professional development for small and large companies; individualized career/employment coaching programs for individuals; Outplacement and Spousal Assistance services throughout New England.
Markey engages with groups and individuals with the assistance of a vast array of practical and inspirational options to move people toward their desired futures and specializes in creating more productive and effective work environments for groups and individuals.
She has developed curriculum and has taught for the New England Culinary Institute Business Management Program, Champlain College, Woodbury College Professional Development Program, Vermont Women’s Business Center, and the Women’s Small Business Program. Markey is a regular presenter at international, national and regional conferences in the area of professional development, marketing for small businesses, and applications of Personality Type (MBTI) theory.
Markey is Certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FlexTalk, and Emotional Intelligence; and the author of Your Cast of Characters, a Leadership Development Tool Kit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Santa Clara University in California and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Group Dynamics from University of Vermont.

Tim King provides to his business and individual clients an extensive background of business experience & coaching. Tim has worked in various management and operational leadership capacities, as a consultant, trainer and while employed in the private sector with GE-Aerospace.
He specializes in developing employees, management teams and organizational systems in order to improve daily operational and strategic practices. This includes consulting and training in leadership, supervision, process improvement systems, and the application of quality management systems such as ISO9001 and the Performance Excellence Criteria (Baldrige model). Tim’s clients are from the manufacturing, utility, oil & gas, and service sectors.
Tim has a master’s degree in Training & Management Development, and a bachelor’s & master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS/MSME). He is a RABQSA certified Quality management System Associate Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQ&OE), and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
Tim is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, MBTIâ. He serves on several professional boards, including the Vermont Section of ASQ and the Vermont Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).
